On August 3rd I went out to Ft. Benning for Andy's graduation and commissioning on the 6th. But first, on August 4th, we went to his OCS class's graduation ball! Andy's brother, Greg, made it out to GA for the festivities and we all had a really nice time all dressed up:
The next day Greg and I went to check out the new Infantry Museum on Ft. Benning. It's a really nice museum and if you ever find yourself in the area (however unlikely that may be) I totally recommend it!

August 6th was the big day! Below are a few shots of the fam and Andy's swearing-in and pinning!

Almost immediately after this last shot was taken, we all piled in to our cars and made our way north to Atlanta to celebrate at Ruth's Chris!
Then Andy and I drove back to Texas via Memphis...
