Day 2!

Betcha thought I wasn't going to post it!

Today's topic: The meaning behind your blog name.

So incase you aren't in the know, my blog's name is "AC/BC World Tour".  I think I may have actually explained this in one of my first posts way back when....

One day, Andy and I bought  Guitar Hero for our Wii.  When you set it up you have to name your band. You can have a few bands, but we just figured we'd have one for the time being.  Andy, being clever, came up with AC/BC - a play on AC/DC (ya know, that band), but with our initials - well, really just my first initial changing anything.  So our band is essentially AndyCotter/BritCotter.  We think it's pretty funny and we even incorporated the logo into our wedding - see:

The world tour part is a further play on the band thing - because successful bands go on world tours.  In a way we think this will one day apply to our travels as a family and in the Army.  So far our world tour has taken us (together or separately) to Ft. Jackson, SC; Atlanta, GA; Ft. Benning, GA; New Orleans, LA; Ft. Sill, OK; Ft. Riley, KS; Baghdad, Iraq and several other here-and-there's along the way. (And those are only since I started the blog - I could back further, but you don't have time for that!)
